Happy Team, Happy Service! We believe that service is all part of the “experience” and so we recruit a team of waiting staff annually who are energetic, friendly and ready to help you at your event.
I will be the first point of contact when you first enquire with us. Together we will discuss your food ideas and, with your budget in mind, build a menu that will deliver everything you would like at your event. Knowing how daunting it is to put an event together I am happy to chat through the logistics of your event and will offer practical help based on my experience. I will lead the service team and oversee everything on the day.
I am Mr logistics. I make sure that Alice and the team have everything they need in place to deliver your event seamlessly. You will see me rushing about crawling under and over things. And then you’ll find me at the Bar! not that i’ll be drinking… the bar is my domain and i will plan and arrange everything that you require for it following you planning stage with Alice. I have worked in Event Management for most of my career so you’re in safe hands!
