Canapés – a bite sized pop of flavour served to your guests on platters as they drink and chat

samples include:

Fish: Prawn and Chorizo Bites, Hot Smoked Salmon Blini, Crayfish and Spicy Avocado Tartlet, Fishcake Bomb, salt cod fritter with spinach aioli

Meat: Fig, Parma Ham and Blue Cheese, Chicken Satay with peanut dipping sauce, Mini Beef and Yorkshire Puds, Sticky Chilli Chorizo Sausages, Hoi Sin Duck Bite

Vegetarian: Mozzarella, Tomato and Basil Bite, Roquefort and Peach Bruschetta, Caramelised Red Onion and Goats Cheese Tart, Mini Brie and Cranberry Bite

Vegan: Vegan Smokey White Bean and Nectarine Crostini, Seasonal Vegetable Soup Shot, falafel with sweet chilli dipping sauce


Snack-a-pe’s – Quite the invention we think! a snack-a-pe is a larger version of a canape served in exactly the same manner but more substantial and a bit less formal

Samples include:

Fish: cod fritter slider with tartare sauce, prawn tempura with chilli dipping sauce

Meat: sticky chorizo stubbies, pulled pork sliders with red cabbage and apple slaw, lamb koftas with tzatziki dip, Homegrown handmade bacon cheeseburger sliders

Vegetarian: hasselback potatoes with rosemary baked camembert dip, arancini balls with italian tomato sauce

Vegan: falafel with hummus, roasted peppers and sweet chilli sliders

 


Reception Grazer (or standing starter) – These are amazing if you want a bit more time at your reception. An array of food displayed on a table in levels. Guests help themselves as many times as they like and we are on hand to sweep the plates away!
